I have passed my 7th semester but the grading is not yet received from the examination department of the university due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The result card of semester 6 is available and notarized also. Is it possible by any chance that I can apply for a master’s on the basis of the 6th-semester result card or the condition of the 7th semester is mandatory?

Yes, you may apply but read this post completely:

For the admission process, it is important that you have completed the number of ECTS (credit points/hours) that are required by the university.

The most important part is that you can prove that you should be able to present a complete Bachelors’s degree certificate and transcript at the time of enrollment.

In your situation, do all of the following steps:

    1. The first thing you should do is contact your university. Ask them you need your 7th-semester transcript as you want to apply abroad.
    2. Second, contact the university you want to apply to and inform them about this situation.

    Does this answer your question?

Keep me updated in this thread so either I can help you or your update may help other students in a similar situation.

Thanks a lot, I have followed the above-mentioned steps, the university has allowed the submission of the 7th-semester result card along with the Bonafide certificate stating the date of completion of the degree program.
